This event took place at the world-famous KROQ mansion party as part of Coachella festivities. The brand represented was AquaHydrate, which is PDIddy and Mark Wahlberg’s water. AquaHydrate was the water sponsor of the event. The consumers who attended the event were friends, family and on list only clientele associated with KROQ. Everyone got free AquaHydrate.
How did the brand ambassador team help or enhance the overall experience for event visitors?
The brand ambassadors were responsible for executing two separate set ups at the party. One setup was outside by the pool and the 2nd set up was the gifting suite. The setup by the pool gave out AquaHydrate survival bags to all consumers who attended. The survival bag included AquaHydrate sunglasses, tanning lotion, Chapstick, a shoe wallet, and a towel. The gifting suite was solely for gifting celebrities who performed at the party and they were presented with AquaHydrate t-shirts, sweaters, hats, and tank tops.
What did the event visitors learn from the experience after having spent time at the activation?
Visited learned the properties of the water and why AquaHydrate is so special. It’s a supercharged water with Alkaline ph 9 and electrolytes!
What elements of the event experience caused visitors to be initially interested in the activation?
The concert that took place at the party. Different KROQ artists performed and it was an intimate setting.
What did the presenting brand gain or learn from having a presence at the event?
AquaHydrate gained social media exposure and celebrity affiliation.
