This State Farm promo was at the Miami Auto show. We greeted consumers and asked them to fill out a survey on an iPad to receive a prize. We helped guide them through the survey, and also assisted with games, photo opportunities, handing out premiums, and showing consumers the apps they can download for free courtesy of State Farm and assisted with the downloading process.
How did the brand ambassador team help or enhance the overall experience for event visitors?
We had a lot of enthusiasm with handing out the prizes and premiums that consumers would win and worked as a team to have consumers always leave satisfied and with a smile. We also worked together to encourage the consumers to fill out the surveys, try out the free games and photos, and to download the free apps.
What did the event visitors learn from the experience after having spent time at the activation?
They learned more about the different services that State Farm provides, that they could be provided with a “Discount Double Check”, and could also download free apps that would help benefit their personal lives.
What elements of the event experience caused visitors to be initially interested in the activation?
Premiums and the free games and activities.
What did the presenting brand gain or learn from having a presence at the event?
State Farm was able to conduct the surveys to generate leads for their brand and give the brand an overall great experience for the consumers.
