Quickly describe the activation. Where was it taking place? Was it part of a lrger event (Ex. Super Bowl)? Who attended the event?

The Standford Alumni Association had a huge set up at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This year the Rose Bowl game included the Stanford Cardinals and  the Michigan State Spartans. The Stanford Alumni Association set up a tailgate event for the alumni that attended this years game.

How did the brand ambassador team help or enhance the overall experience for event visitors?

The brand ambassadors helped throughout the event. There were many activities taking place for the Stanford football fans. I worked at the Go Long Pass football throwing station. Kids and Adults could come by and throw footballs into different hanging tires. Everyone had a blast!

What did the event visitors learn from the experience after having spent time at the activation?

The fans learned that the Stanford Alumni Association truly cares about it’s College Football Fans to put on such a fantastic tailgating event. Everyone enjoyed hanging out with each other and getting ready to support their team.

What elements of the event experience caused visitors to be initially interested in the activation?

It was a great event for the whole family. Attendees could enjoy food, games and be in the company of other Stanford Football fans.

What did the presenting brand gain or learn from having a presence at the event?

The Stanford Alumni Association had a successful event and kept their Alumni happy. It was a great way to encourage Alumni to be more involved with the University.
