Quickly describe the activation. Where was it taking place? Was it part of a larger event (Ex. Super Bowl)? Who attended the event?

I have been working the Budweiser Event for Made in America Music Tours. Every year there are different artists that play for the event. This year it was Calvin Harris and Queens of the Stone Age. It is one of my favorite events to work as there is so much going on. There’s activities that the BA’s have to do such as registering attendees in, take pictures, or make printed T-shirts for attendees.

How did the brand ambassador team help or enhance the overall experience for event visitors?

We make the party! We engage with the crowd and encourage them to have fun at the Budweiser Event.

What did the event visitors learn from the experience after having spent time at the activation?

They learned that the Budweiser/Anhauser Bush brand is all about the consumers. The brand wants to show them a good time with music, food, and activities.

What elements of the event experience caused visitors to be initially interested in the activation?

The music is top-rated, then the food, and let’s not forget about the free drinks!

What did the presenting brand gain or learn from having a presence at the event?

They learned that the Budweiser/Anhauser Bush brand is all about the consumers. The brand wants to show them a good time with music, food, and activities.
